1. Introduction

Welcome to echoValue. By accessing or using our API, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

a. echoValue grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our services.

b. You agree to use our API only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the API.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the echoValue, its content, and the underlying technology remain the property of echoValue.

4. User Obligations

a. You agree to ensure that your use of the API complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

b. You shall not misuse the API by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

5. Payment

If you subscribe to paid features of the API, payments will be processed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information to Stripe.

6. Inactivity

To maintain optimal efficiency and security, we implement the following policy regarding token inactivity:

• Definition of Inactivity: A token is considered inactive if it has not been used for any API calls for a continuous period of two years.
• Token Deactivation: Upon reaching this one-year period of inactivity, the token will be automatically disabled.
• Data Deletion: Along with the token deactivation, all data associated with the inactive token will be permanently deleted from our systems.

We encourage our users to regularly use their tokens to avoid automatic deactivation and data loss.

7. Termination

a. echoValue may terminate or suspend your access to the API immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms and Conditions.

b. In the event of termination by echoValue API, any remaining credit or unused portion of your subscription fee will be refunded to your original payment method. The refund will be processed in a timely manner, subject to processing times associated with the payment method used.

8. Limitation of Liability

echoValue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the API.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of our new terms.
